(5) The implementation of Blended Learning (onsite and online): By combining online learning and traditional teaching in classroom, students can raise their English learning efficiency. Freshman and sophomore in our school not only learn by face to face in class, but learn through online learning after school. The students have to learn online two hours a week, and there are 32 hours in each semester. In addition, number of hours for online learning is graded for daily performance.  Our school promotes the Blended Learning actively based on student learning orientation to make the students have actively attitude toward learning both in class and after class. By using Blended Learning, the learning outcome could be better.

(6) To update and execute the system of English proficiency test: To implement Yuntech: Implementation of requirements for University students’ English proficiency, Language Center invents the Sign up system for English proficiency test. With this system, we can know our students’ English proficiency and plan every kind of implementation or activity to improve students’ English ability.

    1.
The Sign up system for English proficiency test was invented and used in the second semester
in 2007, and the functions were easier.

    2.
The system was modified to make the students upload their certificate by themselves and not
have to hand in the paper to each department. (Table 8)

    3.
The system was renewed in 2009 which have been added analyzing functions and every
department could search its information directly.

    4.
The system functions were improved in 2010 which have been added the self-evaluation
chart for English ability to establish the English learning journal. Students need to fill in the
self-evaluation chart for English ability. Then, teachers should write the advice and encouragement
to make the students understand their English ability and how to improve their English learning
        skills. (Table 9)
